Dove Cameron Opens Up About Social Media
Disney Descendants star and the movies leading actress Dove Cameron has opened up today regarding social media and the negative effects she feels that these platforms have on her.
Cameron is just 22 years old and of course, expressed these thoughts through no other than her Instagram account, and yes she understands the irony of that. Cameron simply stated on her Instagram story, “I really hate how Instagram makes me feel, I think, and I hate how Twitter and any kind of social media makes me feel”, which is something a lot of people have been able to relate to.

The young actress however does, in fact also understand that social media is a large part of her job and that there are some positive sides to it. She simply aimed to express to her followers that Instagram and other social media platforms do not depict success and there are often false representations put out there.
This young star is giving her younger fan base something positive and educational to consider and we love that she’s using her platform in such an honest way.
