Austin Butler is an elf? Austin has us on the edge of our seats waiting for the premiere of his new MTV series “The Shannara Chronicles” in January 2016. He is playing a half-human, half-elf named Wil Ohmsford. All of his years, he just thought he had freakishly abnormal ears, only to find out that he is the last of the Shannara lineage and possesses magical powers.
