Alexa PenaVega Gives Thanks to #DWTS Castmate in Honor of Veterans Day
American hero and Dancing with the Stars semi-finalist, Alek Skarlatos, was the highlight of Alexa PenaVega’s instagram post, on Veterans Day. Despite the shock from being voted off of #DWTS on Monday night, Alexa made sure not to forget to honor her courageous friend, Alek Skarlatos, who, in addition to acting bravely to protect the lives of others in a dangerous train incident, was also a member of the national guard. Alexa took to Instagram to thank Alek for his service, posting a picture of them sharing a friendly embrace. Alexa’s gesture was so sweet, and demonstrated her love for those who protect her country.
