Katy’s nails are artistic and are a certain technique!Katy Perry’s nails shown are marbled! This is a nail painting technique where you drop multiple drops of a nail polish color into a bowl of water followed by more drops of different colors and so on. Then, you put your finger in the paint and the paint applies on the nails in a marbled effect!
