Pop Of Blue

Get a dramatic eye look with a pop of blue! 

Rimmel showed us how to get a great everyday look with a pop of blue. Simply start out with a great base, add a flush of pink on the cheeks and go in with an electric blue eye liner, we like the ScandalEyes Eyeshadow Stick, and finish with some liquid liner.
