Lady Gaga Goes Bold

As always.

Lady Gaga turned 31 years old on March 28. In conjunction with her birthday, she dazzles with a bold eye makeup look. She has on an electric blue eyeshadow that is winged out creating a cat eye look. Aside from the striking eye makeup, she’s wearing bold red lipstick and a cheetah-printed blouse. It doesn’t get any bolder than that.
