Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards Inspires Fans

Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards had some pretty inspirational words for her Instagram followers. As if you already don’t love Little Mix for the immense amount of girl power, squad goals, and confidence the women exude, Edwards recently posted a picture of an exposed scar on her chest. And it is absolutely beautiful.

According to Celeb Now, the singer recently opened up about the scar and how it used to be one of her biggest insecurities:

“When I was little, my esophagus was too small, so I had to get it operated on to help me eat properly. I had to have lot of operations, so that’s why I don’t want to show it”.

Edwards has been praised for her bravery and strength, showing her scar with a certain pride and confidence that she wasn’t able to find in the past. With or without scars, Edwards seems to be a great inspiration to her fans, and we can’t love her enough for spreading awareness on body positivity.
