Are you a Saint or a Sinner?Kat Von D, tattoo artist turned makeup fanatic, is officially releasing her new fragrance line online June 25th and in stores July 13th! Held within Gothic bottles, Saint and Sinner are both vegan and completely cruelty free. Kat Von D describes her scent, Sinner, as
