Michael Phelps Is Set to Race a Shark

Move over “Shark Week.”

We’ve all seen from previous Summer Olympic Games, that Michael Phelps is fast in the water, but is he fast enough for his next competitor… a shark?

Well, we’ll all be able to find out the answer on July 23 as a part of “Shark Week” on the Discovery Channel as Phelps sets out to race a great white shark.

I was able to do something that I had always wanted to do. Be in a cage and dive with great White sharks !! #bucketlist

In the press release it was stated:

The world’s most decorated athlete takes on the ocean’s most efficient predator: Phelps V Shark – the race is on!”
