Here’s What To Expect From Hannah Baker’s Mom In ’13 Reasons Why’ Season Two

Will Hannah’s mom get justice?

With so much response and appreciation for the first season of Netflix‘s, “13 Reasons Why,” it came as no surprise to fans that the original show was going to come back for a second season. As to what the second season holds in-store, fans are left in the dark. However, star Kate Walsh is dishing some clues to fans about what’s to come when the show returns.

The actress, who plays Hannah Baker’s mom, Olivia Baker, shared that her character will get to the bottom of what led her daughter to suicide. “We’ll see more and more of the mystery getting revealed, and I think you see Mrs. Baker still questing for the answers of what happened to her daughter. We’ve already started shooting, so I know where it’s going,” Walsh shared.

And as for flashing from present day to back in time, creator Brian Yorkey is adding more of that in the upcoming season. Walsh dished, “He does a great job of playing with storytelling in a kind of Rashomon kind of way, so you see it from lots of different points of views.”

And as for lead character, Clay Jensen played by Dylan Minnette, he hopes to see his character, “…escape his demons from season one. I’d like to see him in a healthier place.”
