Ed Sheeran Is Done Using Twitter

It’s a sad day in the Twitter-world as Ed Sheeran has said his goodbye after facing too much trouble and hate from trolls.

The singer has expressed that the hatred he receives from social media has really put a damper on his day-to-day life. “There’s nothing but people saying mean things. One comment ruins your day. But that’s why I’ve come off it. The head-f**k for me has been trying to work out why people dislike me so much,” Sheeran shared with The Sun.

Ed shared a recent example when he mentioned fellow singer, Lady Gaga that got misinterpreted which then lead to negativity and hatred from Twitter users. “Lady Gaga’s fanbase read an interview in which they assumed I was talking about her…And it wasn’t anything to do with that at all.”

From now on, Instagram updates will continue to upload on his Twitter account, but we will no longer receive anything directly from Ed himself.
