The gang is back together, and things are getting…strange. Netflix has released the official release date for “Stranger Things,” season two, on October 27th, just in time for Halloween. And the brand new poster is giving you a look at what’s happening in Hawkins, Indiana.

In depth details about the new season are being kept under wraps, but there are a few choice details about what’s to come. Season two starts off one year after the events of season one, and features many new faces.

David Harbour, who plays Chief Hopper, shared, “I do think that this season’s going to be a lot darker, and a lot bigger, and a lost faster-paced, and there’s a lot of scares, and there’s a lot more humor, so it’s just a very different flavor.”

“They’ll get more into Will’s storyline and they’ll talk about how the Upside Down affected him,” Noah Schnapp, who plays Will said, “I have a lot of emotionally challenging scenes this year too.”

As for the monster you see in the teaser, all we’ve been told is, “It’s more than just a monster.”

“Stranger Things” returns to Netflix Friday, Oct. 27.
