A Genius Hack to Keeping Makeup on in the Shower
Her hack is going to save you!
There are multiple times when your makeup is perfect. Right before you go to bed, when you go out in public and see absolutely no one you know, and of course, right before you shower. 22-year-old Texan, Lauren, thought of a genius way to preserve your gorgeous makeup while you shower.
Before hopping into the shower, Lauren slapped on a pair of swimming goggles, and the rest is history.
And after showering, her perfectly tamed brows and long lashes were still fully intact.
This hack blew up after she put it on Snapchat and then on Tumblr.
She told Buzzfeed, “Like, the next morning, after posting it I had like 5,000 notes [on Tumblr], then the next week I had 22,000 notes, and now I have almost 1000,000 on the original post.”
And while some people don’t fully understand the hack, stating that she could have just washed her hair in the bathroom sink, Lauren clapped back, saying, “My hair is greasy and by the end of the day I had my makeup on and I wanted to go out with my friends, but I’d be dead before I wasted another pair of lashes and 45 minutes blending eyeshadow.”
