Teyana Taylor has blown up in the past couple of years.
She signed onto Pharrell’s label and then switched to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label in 2012. However, her widespread fame came in September of 2016 when Kanye released his music video for his song “Fade.” Taylor is the star of the video, dancing around a gym flash dance style. She is ripped, tone and tight. She looks phenomenal. And this was less than a year after giving birth to her and Iman Shumpert’s first child Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr.

So how does such a busy, working momma keep her body looking so good? Don’t worry ladies there is no crazy workout or diet plan here. Her tip is to dance. That is what she does. She doesn’t diet or skip out on a good burger to keep her figure. She also suggests body weight squats and using the elliptical to tone your legs and butt. Both of which don’t require too much effort or sweat.
Obviously, not everybody is born with a body like Taylor who can eat whatever and not gain weight. But the artist is proof that if you find an exercise or activity you love, it can work wonders.
