Selena Gomez Shares Emotional Message for Younger Sister
Everyone hand in your ballots, because Selena Gomez has just won sister of the year!
Gomez shared an emotional video with her four-year-old little sister, Gracie, on her Instagram page. The video is short, shorter than the average Vine (RIP), and it pretty much encompasses the relationship between Selena and her younger sister.
In the video, Gracie says, “I’m not scared,” and Selena replies with, “I know, ’cause you’re fearless, right? You’re not scared of anything, right?” The video wraps with the two sisters high fiving. And that’s not even the where the emotions end!
Below the video, Gomez wrote: “I will forever let my sister know she is strong, bold, and beautiful. She will be raised to know her voice matters. She is going to understand the importance behind being a leader and inspire others by her truth.”
Gomez has been very open and public about her relationship with her younger sister and we are happy that we could be a part of this beautiful moment! Hopefully all young women can take from the singer’s powerful message and be fearless while also being the next leaders that we deserve.
