Cameron Dallas Honored by GQ Magazine
GQ honors Cameron Dallas in a big way.
Heart throb Cameron Dallas received the award of “Digital Star” by GQ Magazine in Mexico. The online phenomenon posted to his Instagram thanking his Latin fans and showing excitement to visit the community soon. This adds onto the Youtuber’s already growing awards including People’s Choice Social Media Star, Teen Choice’s Social Media King, and multiple nominations for Streamy Awards including Creator and Entertainer of the Year.
Cameron has also ventured into the Netflix community as he’s starring in his own television series titled “Chasing Cameron” with him playing himself as the lead role. The series follows Cameron and Magcon members as they try to handle the rise of their internet stardom and ways to best cope with it.
When asked about season two Cameron was definitely obliged stating,”For sure. 100% there will be a season 2. I think it’s gonna dive deeper more into my relationship between my mom and sister, and then kind of a more in-depth view on where we’re going and what’s continuing to go on, because we’re only taking steps forward, so I feel like the more we go, the more interesting it gets.”

My name is Kelsey Comeaux, I’m currently a Senior at McNeese State University, majoring in Mass Communications with a concentration in New Media. I’ve always had an interest in creative media arts as well as music (four years private piano lessons) and slightly self taught acoustic guitarist ;) I remember making movies on my dad’s “Windows Movie Maker” growing up and showing them to my friends and family. Building on emotion and presenting an important message through my projects was such a fulfilling experience. I hope to do that on a wider base one day.
Other than that, I love sports and am naturally a competitive spirit. I love to go running for fun, as weird as that sounds; it’s such a great release for me during stressful times. I also enjoy writing, short fiction is my expertise, as well as reading various novels mostly consisting of Science Fiction and Romance. Anything dealing with an adrenaline rush involving the outdoors I’m game for. I’m here to explore, love wildly, feel passionately, and have diligence deriving from the soul.
