Normani Kordei is Teaming up with Stargate
Normani Kordei, a member of the pop group sensation Fifth Harmony, has been seen in the studio with legendary producers Stargate. Kordei is in good company. Stargate is the secret weapon behind many Rihanna, Beyoncé and Katy Perry songs so this is a huge deal for the star. While Fifth Harmony is still together and going strong, the girls have been exploring their own individual sound lately, but his is considered the biggest collaboration outside of 5H yet.
This past year Stargate has emerged from behind the scenes when they dropped their single “Waterfall” that featured P!nk and Sia. Kordei is very excited to see what comes of this collab and of her solo career.
“For me, music for the last five years has been an evolution and it will continue to be as I hone into what it is that I hope to create,” she told Kode magazine.
The girls of 5H are busy as well. It is said that Lauren Jauregui will release her collaboration with Steve Aoki, ‘All Night’ this Friday. The fans have been waiting for this one for a while. Listen to an excerpt of Kordei and Stargate’s song below.
