Camila Cabello Is Releasing Her Debut Album
Camila Cabello has announced her release date for her debut album.
Cabello’s debut album, “Camila” will be released on January 12, 2018. The artist has released three singles (“Havana,” “Crying In The Club,” and “I Have Questions”) but this will be her first album since leaving Fifth Harmony.
Cabello released the news via her Instagram. “Thank you for being so patient with me this year, I can’t wait for you to hear what has been the soundtrack to the past year of my life. All of these songs have special memories behind them, and i’m not gonna lie, it feels emotional letting them go, feels like the end of a chapter… it’s in your hands January 12.” This is just a small portion of what Cabello says in her caption.
She posted the message with what appears to be her new album cover. She mentions in her post why she chose to call it “Camila.” “I decided to call it by my name, because this is where this chapter in my life ended. It started with somebody else’s story, it ended with me finding my way back to myself,” Cabello stated.
A final list of the songs on the album hasn’t been released but we can expect for some singles to be dropping at some point. Two songs, “Real Friends” and “Never Be The Same” will be available for instant download with a pre-order of the album which will be taking place December 7th.
