Crosswalk Musical with James Corden and the Cast of ‘The Greatest Showman’
The cast of the Greatest Showman took over Broadway for a Crosswalk Musical
Zenadaya, Hugh Jackman, and Zac Efron starred along James Corden and dancers for another installment of Crosswalk Musical in New York City. This was a segment of the “Late Late Show with James Corden.’ As every production with James is, he decides that he is the boss and he knows best. He, therefore, never took any suggestions from everyone and everything must play out the way he wishes.
As it is New York, one would expect to see antsy drivers who wish to drive off as soon as the traffic light changes to green and this was no different, despite the fact that some of Hollywood’s biggest stars were giving them a free once in a lifetime performance on Broadway. Others were enthusiastic about the performance much like the crowd behind them who took a few minutes to watch the performances despite the very cold weather.
A few running jokes throughout the video were that Zac Efron had no idea what was happening and James Corden kept referring to Hugh Jackman as Huge Jackman. The two also kept competing for the title of the ‘greatest showman’ until James confirmed that Hugh was indeed the ‘greatest showman.’
Fun fact (or not so much): The group was so enthralled with their performance that missed a mugging that happened that day in the city a few feet from where they stood. Zendaya also compared James’ leadership to that of Dance Moms’ characters.
