Farrah Abraham Gives an Emotional Tribute to Her Daughter’s Father

Farrah Abraham gives an emotional tribute to her daughter’s father, Derek who died in a car accident before Sophia was born.

Farrah Abraham and her daughter, Sophia, spend some time in Hong Kong as she gives an emotional tribute to Derek on Instagram.  Farrah posted a photo of his grave decorated in holiday spirit and captioning, “In loving remembrance to Derek Underwood, 12/28/2008 father, son, nephew, cousin, friend and so much more December 28th comes every year when we review all of our love, great memories, share stories and know how special Derek was and how all the special and highly favored charisma passed on to Sophia.”

Farrah is known as one of the original teen mom stars on MTV’s, 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom. She was pregnant with Sophia in 2008, when her boyfriend, Derek died in a car accident. While she remains optimistic, she is also sensitive to the fact that Sophia never met her dad.

Farrah is now acting and continuing to live her life in remembrance of Derek. She quoted in her Instagram post, “Thank you Daddy Derek for always watching over us and this year we’re at peace and happy with the loving support of family who lives by this and we’re in loving spirits on our Hong Kong trip as Derek would love the heights & the water of Hong Kong island as he did of his rock queries.” Farrah has claimed to be starting a new chapter and remains hopeful for peace, love, and happiness with the new year.
