Emily Arlook has been casted to play Nomi Segal on the television show, Grown-ish. Grown-ish is a spin-off of the hit show, Black-ish and is about a daughter making the transition to adulthood and moving away from home to go to college.
Nomi is one of Zoey’s best friends on campus who is quick to go out of societal norms. With her liberating character when it comes to her sexuality and personality, Nomi is quick to give Zoey advice that tends to be a different outlook from Zoey’s perspective in the show.
Emily Arlook is an actress and writer and is known for her roles in Just Add Water, The Good Place, and now Grown-ish. Arlook is 27 years old and was born in Los Angeles, California. Arlook’s role in Grown-ish will open her up to many other films and television show opportunities.
