Angela Caglia is a California-based facialist and has shared the essential tips on what you could be doing to help your skin every day.
Angela claims that starting off your day with lukewarm water during the winter will allow you to wash your face without stripping the natural oils. She also claims that winter is the season you should be swapping your skincare products.
During the middle of the day, she goes deep into promoting healthy skin from within the body. She tells audiences that eating foods with a high water content will help hydrate the skin without you feeling greasy and oily. She notes that finding water-based moisturizer will not hydrate your skin as well as an oil-based moisturizer.
Lastly, at night, once you remove all of your makeup, pack on the product. Skin really does need its beauty sleep to help rejuvenate. She also recommends using a toothbrush to brush your lips a few nights a week followed by lip balm to exfoliate your lips before they get chapped and start cracking.
