Marisa Tomei Stands for Equality at #WomensMarch2018

Marisa Tomei was one of many celebrities that participated in the 2nd annual Women’s March.

Marisa, who is known for her role in Spider-man: Homecoming, spoke at the women’s march. The march not only happened to empower women and support women’s rights but also to help inform about last year’s November election. There were registration tables and information about the issues. It is great to see so many people in the spotlight marching in such an empowering movement.

Tomei spoke at the march and read a poem about the author of Women on the Edge of Time, Marge Piercy.
