Katy Perry Knocks Plastic Surgery Rumors

Katy Perry has recently spoken out in several interviews to share that she has not had any plastic surgery, despite suggestions otherwise.

Katy has always been known to change up her look- she likes to experiment with different haircuts and colors, and has a very eccentric sense of style. She loves a lot of color in her makeup and gravitates towards the more artistic side of the beauty industry. At every opportunity, Katy has shown us that she’s never afraid to express herself and explore. However, with every confident woman comes a critic, and it’s no surprise to hear that there are rumors about her having plastic surgery.

In a recent interview with Refinery29, she explains that she has had some laser work and filler injections, yet she has not had any work altering any part of her body. Katy says that “all of [her] assets are real. People tend to think they’re fake but it doesn’t really matter”. She has stated in multiple past interviews that she has no problem with plastic surgery, however, and believes all women deserve to look however they want that makes them happy. We love seeing women in the spotlight serve as a role model to always be themselves, and we certainly hope to see Katy continue to break beauty and fashion standards in the future.
