Zendaya and Naomi Campbell Break Instagram
Our dreams have finally come true, Zendaya and Naomi Campbell shared power-duo photos on their Instagram when they were together at the British Academy Film Awards on February 19.
Zendaya and Naomi have transformed the entertainment industry each in their own ways throughout the years. Zendaya went from Disney Channel actress to fashion icon and iconic singer, all while never being afraid to speak up for women everywhere. Naomi practically created the modeling industry and continues to be involved and leave her mark on models today.
The two share one very important thing in common; they are extremely influential women in the fight for people (women specifically) of color. Naomi entered into the industry and was one of the first African American faces we ever saw on the runway, leading the way for all of the incredible women we now get to see today. Zendaya has made her mark from when we saw on a children’s television show in a starring role to becoming one of the major fashion icons today. While there is still so far to go, seeing the two of them posing together is an occasion to celebrate. We hope to continue to see the change and influence these two make in the world.
