Fifth Harmony Goes on Indefinite Hiatus
Group members Dinah Jane, Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke, and Lauren Jauregui are planning to use this time to embark on “solo endeavors.”
“Reflecting on the past six years since we started on X-Factor, we’ve realized just how far we’ve come and we appreciate everything so much, more now than ever,” the women said in a tweet posted on March 19. They thanked their fans too, saying that they “can’t begin to express our gratitude to y’all for coming along with us on this wild ride!”

Luckily for fans, their upcoming shows scheduled for the end of the year will still happen.
The hiatus may have been a long time coming, as each member has already produced solo music with other artists this past year. Dinah dropped “Boom Boom” in October. Lauren released “All Night” in January, while Ally released her own song “Perfect” that same month. Normani released her single “Love Lies” in February with Khalid.
