Nickelodeon Cuts Ties with Creator of Zoey 101, Drake & Josh, Dan Schneider
Nickelodeon will no longer be working with TV series producer Dan Schneider.
The network told Deadline, “Following many conversations together about next directions and future opportunities, Nickelodeon and our long-time creative partner Dan Schneider/Dan Schneider’s Bakery have agreed to not extend the current deal. Since several Schneider’s Bakery projects are wrapping up, both sides agreed that this is a natural time for Nickelodeon and Schneider’s Bakery to pursue other opportunities and projects.”
According to Deadline, there had been “multiple complaints of abusive behavior against Schneider filed by members of his staff.”
Jeff Sneider, editor-in-chief of The Tracking Board, also tweeted about the rumors.

Nickelodeon has not yet addressed the abuse allegations.
