Chanel’s Runway Had a Real Cruise Ship
Today in Paris, Chanel released their 2019 Cruise line with an over the top fashion show per usual.
Not only was the runway and audience full of stars like Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kristin Stewart, Margot Robbie and many others, the set was absolutely sensational.
A full size Chanel themed cruise ship took center stage, positioned right behind the runway, serving as a backdrop. It perfectly fit the cruise theme. The name of the ship is ‘La Pausa’ and it’s named after Gabrielle Chanel’s summer house on the French Riviera.
The designs were nothing less of the extravagance of the setting. Each model came out wearing a beret hat to go with their cruise ready outfits.
Post-show, the cruise ship was also used to host the guests and models.
Karl Lagerfeld has done it again ladies and gentlemen.
