Meghan Markle’s Father Will Officially No Longer Be Attending The Royal Wedding

After several days of Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle continuously flip-flopping on whether or not he will be walking his daughter down the aisle at the Royal Wedding. Today, Thomas Markle has finally confirmed he, in fact, will not be in attendance.

After discovering this week that Meghan’s father was accepting paparazzi money in return for photos of himself, and then his later reported heart attack that allegedly occurred late last week, it seemed pretty clear to everyone he would not be in good health to attend the monumental royal event.

However, today Mr. Markle had shockingly retracted his previous statements not once, but twice. First announcing he will, in fact, partake in this “historic event” to be there for his daughter, only to later be followed by an official no.

After much speculation surrounding who would be the one to now walk Meghan down the aisle since her father had bailed, it was reported early today that Meghan herself had asked Prince Charles to do the special job. Just further proving how accepting the Royal family really is of Meghan.

Who knows if Meghan’s father will change his mind yet another time before this Saturday, but we hope all of the Markle family drama that’s occurred can fade out just in time for May 19th so we can have yet another successful royal wedding in the books.
