Check Out The New Mind Of Kye Pop Up Shop
Kyemah McEntyre, an extremely gifted and young fashion designer and artist, is having a pop-up shop in downtown Newark, New Jersey.
Kyemah first gained fans when her self-made dashiki prom dress became viral overnight. Now, McEntyre has her own website where she sells her gorgeous artwork and clothing and where customers can stay up to date with her exciting life.
At only eighteen years old, Kyemah has a bright future ahead of her in the fashion industry and will be attending Parsons The New School Of Design. On her website, McEntyre says that her “good sense of cultural history” and her “current placement within society” allows her to express important aspects of this complex world through her artwork. She likes to utilize her influential stance as an artist for activism and for celebrating the beauty that society has tried to deem “unattractive” for so long.
Kyemah was recently considered for an ‘I Am a Trailblazer’ award at the Trailblazer Award Ceremony and Fundraiser put on by Express Newark. McEntyre is certainly a young trailblazer in the fashion industry and her success can only go up from here.
