Get Ready For This Bad Boys Spin-Off
Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba are staring in the Bad Boys TV spin-off.
In addition to the anticipation of the next Bad Boys film fans are also getting a spin-off show called LA’s Finest. Gabrielle Union is playing Syd Burnett and Jessica Alba as Nancy McKenna.
Sony Pictures Television recently picked up the spin-off, the two actresses will be executive producing the show along with Jerry Bruckheimer.
“Syd has left her complicated past behind to become an LAPD detective and pursue all the fun Los Angeles offers. But things get a little crazy when her new partner, Nancy McKenna (Jessica Alba), a working mom with an equally complex past, learns that Syd’s unapologetic lifestyle might be masking a greater personal secret.”
The show got a second chance after NBC passed up the show in May, since then Alba and Union celebrated the victory posting selfies and videos on social media. The release date is still unknown.
