Pippa Middleton Announces That She Is Pregnant
Pippa Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and sister of Kate Middleton, has announced the “happy news” of her first pregnancy with husband James Matthews.
Pippa stated in her latest column for the U.K. supermarket monthly Waitrose Kitchen magazine that she is in the first trimester of her pregnancy and luckily has yet to suffer from any form of sickness unlike her sister Princess Kate.
“I was lucky to pass the 12-week scan without suffering from morning sickness. That meant I was able to carry on as normal,” Pippa wrote, as reported by Hello! magazine.
In September 2017, Kensington Palace announced that Kate was pregnant with her third child — and stated that she was once again battling HG, better known as hyperemesis gravidarum, similar to when she was carrying Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Unfortunately, while pregnant, Kate’s entire routine changed due to the sickness but Pippa has stated that her pregnancy only called for minor changes to her routine.
“When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant, I realized I needed to adjust my four to five-day-a-week [fitness] routine,” she wrote, stating that she did not tell her instructor anything until the “riskier months” were over.
The royal family is growing so much but like many say, the more the merrier.
