Get Your First Look At The New ‘The Originals’ And ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Spinoff

It seems that every day we get yet another new trailer for an upcoming movie or show all thanks to comic-con. Up next is the fresh series that stemmed from The CW‘s beloved Vampire Diaries and The Originals, titled Legacies.

With the successful first Vampire Diaries spinoff The Originals coming to an end this year The CW certainly knows a good show when they see one, and this series has a fanbase that was left wanting much more, hence here comes the second spinoff, Legacies.

Legacies focuses on the multi supernatural daughter, Hope, of bad boy original vampire Klaus, and werewolf mother Hayley, who we first saw both appear in the Vampire Diaries. Hope leaves her home in New Orleans to attend the newly prestigious Salvatore school for supernatural children in none other than our beloved Mystic Falls. Yes, Salvatore as in Stephen and Damon.

The setting and name of the school, however, is not the only element from the past, fan favorite Alaric Saltzman is also back as the head of the new supernatural school for the new series bringing us even more familiar faces and places. Hopefully, some more previous residents of Mystic Falls will make some guest appearances but I guess we will just have to wait and see for now.
