Halsey Shut Down the Hate About Her Natural Hair Looking like a Wig
Under Halsey’s crazy blue hair is her natural hair: A beautiful luscious fro.
Although the “Bad At Love” singer never spoke about her ethnic background before, she wanted all her fans to know she identifies as a Black woman. Now, that may be confusing for fans, but she did reveal that her dad is half black.
She went on Instagram and Twitter to share her natural curly-do, and many of her fans were supportive and gushed at her lovely locks. She admitted to wearing wigs to let her hair grow out from when she shaved it last.

But of course, there always some people who aren’t impressed and are quick to judge. Other Twitter users accused the singer of wearing a wig while questioning her racial identity and she just wasn’t having it. She responded in a totally chill way.
