Randee St. Nicholas

Earlier this week, Carrie Underwood released the complete track listing and the names of the songwriters that she collaborated with for her upcoming studio album Cry Pretty.

Cry Pretty will be available for purchase on September 14th, 2018. You can preorder Cry Pretty now on the official website. This would be Underwood’s sixth studio album since she released her last studio album, Storyteller, back in October 23rd, 2015. Underwood had decided to co-produce Cry Pretty with David Garcia; the album marks Underwood’s first credit as a producer.

The first single off of Underwood’s upcoming album, the title track Cry Pretty, was previously released back on April 11th, 2018. The single Cry Pretty was a collaborative effort between Underwood herself, Lori McKenna, Hillary Lindsey, and Liz Rose. The album will include a bonus track, The Champion, as performed by Underwood and Ludacris. The Champion had previously opened for NBC’s Super Bowl LII.

Underwood will also commence a new arena tour called The Cry Pretty Tour 360 next spring in 2019. The tour will begin on May 1st in Greensboro, North Carolina, perform across fifty-five arenas in both the United States and Canada, and end its run on October 31st in Detroit, Michigan. Maddie & Tae and Runaway June will join Underwood as her special guests.
