‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary At Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl will host two live concerts dedicated to the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Halloween film classic The Nightmare Before Christmas on October 26th and October 27th, 2018.
Both concert dates will have live-to-picture performances with a few cast members of The Nightmare Before Christmas scheduled to reprise their roles along with a few special guests soon to be announced. John Mauceri, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra Founding Director, will also lead the live orchestra and the live choir.

Danny Elfman, Catherine O’Hara, and Ken Page are set to perform at The Hollywood Bowl as their previous characters Jack Skellington, Sally, and Oogie Boogie respectively. Elfman had not only provided his voicework as Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, for the film but he had also composed the film’s score and songs. This includes well-known songs from the film such as “This is Halloween”, “What’s This?”, and “Jack’s Lament”.

Tickets to see The Nightmare Before Christmas live concerts at The Hollywood Bowl are open to purchasing on Ticketmaster first for pre-sale for American Express holders on September 5th, 2018 then to the public onSeptember 8th, 2018.
