Anna Kendrick Appears on ‘Ellen’, Talks ‘A Simple Favor’ + Takes Over Ellen’s Twitter
Anna Kendrick stopped by The Ellen Degeneres Show to discuss her new movie A Simple Favor.
Kendrick appeared on Ellen to promote her upcoming mystery movie A Simple Favor. In the movie, Kendrick plays a mom, who meets a woman through her son and they soon become friends. However, the woman, played by Blake Lively, suddenly disappears. Kendrick described the film as “funny and weird, but it’s also kind of sexy.”
The pair when on to discuss Kendrick’s birthday, and how she lied to her friends about her plans so that she could stay home.
After some laughs, Kendrick asked a simple favor from Ellen-which was to take over her Twitter account. DeGeneres agreed and took notes on what the actress wanted to share with Ellen’s followers. Here are the results.

In return, Degeneres asked a favor from Kendrick- to show off her rap skills.
A Simple Favor is set to premiere September 20th.
