Nicki Minaj Drops ‘Barbie Dreams’ Music Video
Nicki Minaj had dropped the music video for her single Barbie Dreams on YouTube
An announcement for the Barbie Dreams music video was made during Minaj’s radio show Queen Radio on September 10th, 2018 before the video aired later that night. Barbie Dreams was the third single released by Minaj to promote her fourth studio album Queen. Queen was recently released last month on August 10th, 2018.

Minaj had then promoted the Barbie Dreams music video on both her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
The music video was directed by Hype Williams. Both Hype Williams and Keith Brown were also the video producers for the music video.

The video begins with a yellow puppet in a bowtie and suit introducing the music video before Minaj begins to perform. Vibrant colors then splash the music video as the video cuts between several dancing puppets and Minaj delivering her verses in various bright costumes and backdrops. A few of the puppets resemble other rappers such as DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne.
