‘Black Panther’ Dominates People’s Choice Awards Nominations
“Wakanda Forever!” Black Panther is taking up quite a bit of the official 2018 People’s Choice Awards nominee list.Black Panther, which was released just earlier this year in February 2018, has already snagged 20 awards and isn’t slowing down just yet. The 2018 People’s Choice Awards finalists have been revealed and Black Panther is up for yet another 5 awards.

The highly praised film was nominated in both 2018 Movie of the Year and Action Movie of the Year. Black Panther will be going head to head against Avenger’s Infinity Wars, which was also nominated for both categories.

Up for Male Movie Star of 2018 is the Black Panther himself, Chadwick Boseman. Following the release of Black Panther, Boseman has taken home MTV Movie Awards for Best Actor in a Movie and Best Hero, in addition to winning the BET Award for Best Actor.

Boseman was also nominated for the People’s Choice Action Star for his performance in Black Panther. His female counterpart, Danai Gurira, was also nominated in the same category.
