Jungkook Releases a Day in the Life of BTS in New #GCF
BTS member Jungkook dropped his latest vlog entitled “G.C.F in Newark VHS Ver” on October 1st, 2018.
Jungkook and all members of BTS have always had a deep appreciation for their fans. They share videos and post selfies of themselves on social media.
Jungkook has taken a step further into sharing his life and interests with his fans through his passion for video-making. Under the video director alias Jungkook created for himself, he began to film and post G.C.F., or ‘Golden Closet Film,’ videos of his travels around the world for his fans.
BTS is embarking on their third worldwide tour called “BTS World Tour: Love Yourself,” and they’re currently on the North American leg of the tour. “G.C.F in Newark VHS Ver” is a behind-the-scenes concert vlog Jungkook filmed during BTS’s world tour stop in Newark, New Jersey.
In the video, Jungkook gives his fans a glimpse into BTS’s routine during their time in Newark from their breakfast, to rehearsals, to preparations for a concert, to their downtime after performing a concert, and more.
Jungkook had previously made G.C.F. videos and filmed videos of his experiences in Saipan, the United States, Osaka, and Tokyo to his fans. Unlike Jungkook’s other G.C.F. videos, “G.C.F in Newark VHS Ver” is the longest out of all of Jungkook’s videos with it being a sixteen-minute vlog. Jungkook’s previous G.C.F. videos were between two to four minutes of footage.
“G.C.F in Newark VHS Ver” had achieved over one million views in just eight hours. The next day the vlog had reached almost three million views.
