Taylor Swift Will Be Opening the American Music Awards

Taylor Swift is back in business.

Three years after her last on-stage award show performance, Swift has been announced to kick off the 2018 American Music Awards with one of her most recent hits, “I Did Something Bad.”

The pop-star broke the news to her Instagram following, with help from her furry sidekick, Meredith.

“I Did Something Bad” featured on the artist’s most recent album, Reputation, which showcased her new fierce pop style.

In addition to being the opening performer of the night, Swift is also nominated for favorite pop/rock female artist, favorite pop/rock album, favorite tour of the year, and favorite artist of the year.
