Hailee Steinfeld Stars in Netflix Series ‘Idol’

Hailee Steinfeld will be showcasing both her acting and musical talents in Netflix’s upcoming series, Idol.
The series revolves around a young girl who becomes the assistant to a highly successful pop singer and gradually attempts to become just like her. The story will explore the complications and inner-workings of the music industry. Steinfeld is set to star and produce.
The star will be producing the musical drama alongside her mother, Cheri Steinfeld, with Federal Films, the film production sector of Steinfeld’s record label, Republic Records. Matt Reeves will additionally have a hand in the project.
While Netflix hasn’t released further information on the new series, we’re all eagerly awaiting Steinfeld’s next performance.
