Duckie Thot Reveals She Was Involved in a Car Accident Prior to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

The beautiful model revealed that she was involved in a car accident before the Victoria Secret Fashion Show, and thankfully she is doing well.

A few months back it was revealed that Duckie Thot would be walking for Victoria Secret at their fashion show. The model posted a video of her reacting to the news on her Instagram and it was a great thing to watch and you could not help but be excited for her too.

Duckie expressed how excited she was for that amazing opportunity.

Today on Instagram the model revealed that she almost did not make it to her first Victoria Secret Fashion Show because she was involved in car accident.

Duckie started the post by apologizing to fans for posting a little late after the show because she needed time to process everything that happened.

“I had to take some time for myself to process the week. 48 hours before the VS fashion show, I got into a car accident on my way to a workout session. Thankfully, I walked away without a scratch. The incident put a few things into perspective for me; no matter how hard you’ve worked for something or how deserving you may feel, it can easily be taken away.”

Duckie encouraged fans to pursue their dreams no matter if you believe it is unachievable.

” If you don’t try to use your gift to share it with others, it’ll terrify you.”

The incident put a few things into perspective for me; no matter how hard you’ve worked for something or how deserving you may feel, it can easily be taken away. I’ve dreamed of walking for @victoriassecret for as long as I can remember- watching women who inspired me year after year, I someday saw myself doing the same thing. God was watching over me in that car and he carried me through Thursday, I couldn’t have done it without Him. I’m grateful and thankful for His support & infinite love. I challenge all of my followers to pursue your dreams, no matter how big they may seem! If you don’t try to use your gift to share it with others, it’ll terrify you. My utmost respect to all the beautiful women I got to walk alongside- I felt empowered by every single one of you. We are glad Duckie left the accident without a scratch and is still able to pursue her dreams.
