Street Cleats- Back Again: Simple, understated, yet classic with a platform to heighten your day.

Which Skechers are you wearing and in what color and style?

I am wearing the Skechers Street Cleats- Back Again in the style 73999 in the color light pink with white platform heels.

Can you tell us about the shoe?

The shoes are lightweight and have a soft pink color with matching laces and a soft suede finish. There is an evident white stitching design along the sides and a faux leather collar to support the back of the feet. The slight heel of 2 ½ inches with ridged edges and the triple padded insoles make them very comfortable to wear. The brand’s logo is stitched in white to the outer corners of the shoes.

What do you like about your new Skechers, are you a fan of the brand or maybe a new fan?

This is my first time owning a pair of Skechers and I am definitely a new fan of the brand. The style, color, shape, and comfort of the shoes match my personal style and aesthetics. My style is a classic look which is a simple yet comfortable everyday look and the shoes go perfectly with that combo. It is especially fun that the shoes can be dressed up or dressed down.

Where do you plan on wearing your Skechers and why?

This pair of shoes is more suitable for drier seasons so I plan to wear it most during summer months. I plan to wear them on a day out in the city or when I am hanging out with my friends at the mall or at a theatre.

Are they comfortable, please explain?

 The Street Cleats are very comfortable to wear, especially if you are walking all day. The insoles are very soft and have Air-Cooled Memory Foam™ which provides pressure relief, instant comfort, and breathability. I could walk all day in these shoes from the cushioned feeling provided by the memory foam.

How often do you think you will wear them?

What types of places will you wear them?

These shoes will explore malls, movie theatres, and new cities with me. I may also wear them to indoor parties or get-togethers with my friends.

Can you explain in detail how you styled your Skechers and why did you feel this was a good fit?

I would describe my aesthetics as having a classical yet comfortable look which is what I am showing off.  I sported a white long-sleeved turtleneck and a pair of black high-waisted jeans with my Street Cleats- Back Again. I also wore a pair of fuzzy pink and white crew socks that match the color of the shoes, and a gold watch. The socks were to keep my feet warm during the colder weather conditions, and I also have a rule to always wear fun socks in my sneakers, so people can stare at my feet. It is a very simple and achievable look which gives off a bit of a throwback 90’s vibe that is still trendy in the present day. This was a good fit because the platform on the shoes gives off a vintage vibe.

What inspired your photos?

This shoe matches my aesthetic perfectly. I have what I often describe as a compact tiny body with very narrow feet, so the design and style of the shoes were what drew me to them. The Street Cleats are very simple in an understated way that matches my style. They look perfect on my feet making me feel like a neatly wrapped package with the shoes as the bow.

I wanted to show off how comfortable they are by lounging about in my house or popping into the supermarket and running errands. At my house, I wanted to share how comfortable it is for lounging with friends and be ready to go outside at any given time. The dark background of the steps and the color of my jeans truly shows off the color of the shoes and the supermarket for shows me posing while running errands. I think everyone should have a pair of these shoes in their closet in the color of their choosing.
