Watch Chloe x Halle Break Down Over Grammy Nominations
On December 7, 2018, Chloe and Halle received two Grammy nominations, and they could not be happier.The contemporary R&B duo were nominated for “Best New Artist” as well as the “Best Urban Contemporary Album” category. The pair have received this honor for their debut album The Kids Are Alright, which was released in March of this year.
These two sisters have had a pretty successful year. First, Grown-ish (the spin-off of Black-ish) premiered, where they appear as series regulars. Then, they accompanied Beyoncé and Jay Z on their OTR II tour.
After receiving the news, Chloe and Halle went to Instagram and Twitter to express their happiness. I don’t know about you, but their happiness brought me happiness. All of their hard work has paid off!
