The master magician Scott Barnes shares his makeup tricks on Tati Westbrook in her new YouTube collaboration. If you’ve ever seen Jennifer Lopez on Instagram then you know how amazing she looks in every photo. Her hair? Flawless. Her body? Workout goals. Her positive attitude? Give me some of that. However, the one question we can all agree on is how does her makeup always look so fresh and smooth? The answer is Scott Barnes. A well known celebrated makeup artist and innovator within the cosmetics industry. He began his career in 1984 when he moved to New York and has made history since then. His work has graced the covers of Allure, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, and Marie Claire. He’s also worked on Kate Hudson, Beyonce, Gwyneth Paltrow, Celine Dion, and Jennifer Lopez. It was with J-Lo that he gave birth to the monochromatic look of bronzed skin and pale lips, and debuted mink lashes during the Oscars in 2001.

So why are we bringing him up? Because beauty guru, Tati Westbrook, did an in-depth thirty-minute video of him gracefully painting her face while sharing makeup tricks. Including his “snatural” face named after his own highlighting and contour techniques. He also shared stories with Tati about his careers and answered some Twitter questions.
