Watch Normani cover Rihanna and Aaliyah on the ‘Sweetener’ Tour
She even slayed the Fifth Harmony hit “Worth It” all by herself.
Ariana Grande’s much anticipated Sweetener Tour kicked off on Monday, March 19th. Before Ariana stepped on stage, fans were treated to an amazing opening performance by former Fifth Harmony member, Normani. She started the 30 minutes set with her song “Checklist”, featuring Calvin Harris and continued on to her other songs “Waves”, “Dancing With a Stranger”, and “Love Lies”.
Normani also included a cover of Aaliyah’s iconic song “One in a Million” and a medley of Rihanna tunes like “Run This Town”, “Diamonds”, “We Found Love”, and “Where Have You Been”. Normani even made time to perform Fifth Harmony hits “Work From Home”, “BO$$”, and “Worth It”, which the crowd loved. Overall, Normani used every second of the half-hour slot to deliver a powerhouse performance.
