A Spike Lee Produced Sci-Fi Film Will Be Premiering on Netflix

Legendary director and producer Spike Lee has produced a new film for Netflix! The film titled “See You Yesterday” starring Eden Duncan-Smith and Danté Crichlow is directed by Lee’s protégé Stefan Bristol and brings a new spin to Afro-Futurism.

“See You Yesterday” is a Sci-Fi film centered around African-American siblings. These siblings use their gift of science to travel back in time to save their brother who was killed by a police officer.

In true Spike Lee fashion, he found a way to combine important issues within our generation into a film that is bound to be nothing short of entertaining. “See You Yesterday” will encourage STEM education within the black community and will also address police brutality.

“See You Yesterday” will premiere on Netflix on May 17th.
