Fashion Choices That Awed at the 2019 MTV Movie & Tv Awards
The 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards was more about the awards—it was about the fashion too.
Every year MTV puts on an award show to celebrate the brightest and upcoming movie and TV actors in the industry. The award shows are known for having larger than life performances and unforgettable hosts. But the show itself isn’t the only thing everyone talks about, it’s the clothing that people decide to wear to the event too. Here are a few fashion choices that certainly got a lot of people talking.
LIZZO
Music artist Lizzo had heads turning in her lime green form-fitting dress with a flock of green feathers encircling the collar. Green was her mantra for the night, as she had on green eyeshadow to match the color of her dress.
BRETT DIER
Actor Brett Dier demonstrated his love for Batman and comics with a suit literally covered in comic-style drawings of Batman. The suit had Batman’s face covering every inch along with the hero’s symbol and bright red, bold letters that said “POW!” Dier seemed to be having fun with fiancé, Hayley Richardson, as she was pictured picking his nose for a photo.
JADA PINKETT SMITH
Jada Pinkett Smith looked like a star, literally. She wore a dazzling, silver pantsuit that sparkled every time she moved. She paired her sparkly suit with some equally sparkly earrings and some very high black stiletto heels to match the black trim on her blazer. To simply put it– Mrs. Smith slayed.
