‘Queer Eye’ Star Antoni Porowski Reveals He Was Almost in Taylor Swift’s ‘Blank Space’
Queer Eye star, Antoni Porowski, reveals he was called back as one of the final picks for “Blank Space”.
Before Antoni Porowski became the cooking expert on Queer Eye, he was a waitress trying to make his big break in a Taylor Swift music video.
Taylor Swift’s hit 2014 song “Blank Space” from her album 1989 featured handsome model, Sean O’Pry, in the music video as her love interest, but during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Porowski he revealed he was super close to having the spot himself.
When Porowski was a waiter he auditioned for the role of Swift’s music video lover. According to Porowski, he was called back twice as he was one of the three picks being considers, but after a change in direction for the video model O’Pry was picked over Porowski.
Obviously, Porowski’s entertainment career did not end there as he is currently part of the Fab 5 on Netflix’s Queer Eye, and Porowski would get a second chance at landed that Taylor Swift gig. Porowski was featured on Swift’s new music video “You Need to Calm Down”.
